Ali took care of everything and fixed the issue for less than half of what the dealer quoted. The work was done professionally, quickly, and with great attention to detail.
He’s amazing at what he does, his prices are more than fair, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.
If you have a BMW (or any car), don’t waste your time at the dealer go see Ali. Highly recommend!

After that experience, I was hesitant to trust another shop until I found A&A Auto Repair which was recommended by my friend. From the moment I walked in, Ali was polite, honest, humble, and respectful. He thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. I needed brakes, a motor blower replacement, an oil and filter change, and two new tires—and the price he quoted was less than a quarter of what the dealer charged me for far less work.
As a single parent, that honesty and fairness meant everything to me. For the first time, I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of or or regretful that I did not bring a man w/ me. I felt his hospitality and genuinely respected. He followed up w/ me the very next day to see how the car was working and to reminded me of our next appointment to finish everything off. Ali has earned my trust and will absolutely be my mechanic moving forward 😉 Thank you, Ali. More then you know!!!
See you soon

UPDATE!!!
Once again, Ali and his team are very great mechanic. Our car dodge durango had engine/emission leak problem so as soon as my husband found out my husband went back to Ali yesterday (09/19/25) to fix the new problem of our vehicle. Ali called the parts/supplier right away and was told to come back today 09/20/25. At the same day Ali was able to fix our vehicle right away. Ali and Team I will come back without question if the need ever arises. Thank you for your hard work and generosity. I want to thank you for doing an excellent job repairing my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, and also for your great service in helping with my situation. Kudos to you and God bless you all. ❤️

Ali sourced the part (for a lot less) and saved us from selling our car and going carless. So grateful! He was quick, friendly and truly helped our family. We found our new mechanic.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back whenever I need my car service again

I was in a little bit of a hurry to get my car repaired before a state inspection. Ali told me to bring my car to his shop and he'd take care of it. He told me up front what cost, time and labor would be. Afterwards he checked my entire car and advised what needed additional repairs. He's honest, reliable and so nice to deal with. I'd definitely commend him to friends and family...

I came from Staten Island to Sunset Part for a brake replacement and oil change, and let me tell you, it was worth it.
Ali is friendly and knowledgeable, and he got the job done quickly without cutting corners.

Reasonable prices and honest work! Couldn’t ask for better service!
