Very grateful to Ali and his worker (I wish I got his name!) We had an issue with what we thought was the transmission. Ali ran the diagnostic machine to discover all was in working order and that the shift lever was the culprit. We had called the dealership to see if our car was still under warranty and got a quote from them (because it wasn't). They said the part wasn't sold separately from a whole new transmission-- 6600 parts, no labor.

They put the computer on the car to check the problem, was very helpful with the diagnosis of the problem and advised me it's most lively a dealer warranty problem.
